TDSE announced that, together with Adecco, it will hold an online webinar on 14 October 2026 explaining a case study on applying Databricks-enabled AI matching in the field. The webinar will focus on practical approaches to deploying AI in the field and building an organisational structure to promote data utilisation.
TDSE Co., Ltd. will hold a free online webinar on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, presenting a case study of AI-enabled matching in Adecco Co., Ltd.’s staffing business. The webinar is scheduled to explain the project background and practical approaches to using data, AI and Databricks, with the adoption of the technology in day-to-day operations and utilisation of the data platform among the themes.
Adecco is promoting the development and operation of an AI matching system using data such as job seekers’ employment histories and job listings. TDSE has participated from the initial stage as a technology partner in the data science field. The companies will explain their efforts to improve matching accuracy and maintain ongoing operations from the perspectives of frontline operations and the collaboration structure.
The webinar will present a case in which the number of matches handled per day by matching staff improved by double digits after the system went live in October 2024, as well as how efficiency gains in initial operations enabled staff to spend more time on higher-value work and how a mechanism was established to explain the basis for AI decisions. It will also explain how Databricks enables secure data sharing, faster processing of large datasets and optimisation of operating costs.
