Alue Co.,Ltd., which operates education services for working professionals, will hold a free online seminar for HR professionals on Tuesday, 20 October, in a 2-course format. The first course will explain methods for analyzing training surveys using generative AI and perspectives for identifying pitfalls, while the second will introduce key points in developing in-house trainers and training materials when employees conduct training internally.
The first course will address cases in which generative AI makes training data easier to analyze but can also lead to poorly supported claims of high ratings or overinterpretation of certain opinions, and will introduce 5 questions useful for analysis. Based on examples of reports actually analyzed by generative AI, the course is expected to explain points for reaching reliable conclusions.
The second course will cover trainer skills and key points in developing training materials, with the aim of increasing participants' motivation and maximizing the effectiveness of in-house training conducted by internal trainers. A program proposal for developing trainers in a short period is also scheduled to be presented.
