Wantedly has added an AI feature to the recruitment management system Wantedly Hire as a paid option that automatically records, summarizes and transcribes online interviews. The aim is to reduce the workload of recruiters at large companies.
Wantedly announced on the 29th that it had added an AI-powered online interview recording feature as a new function of its recruitment management system. The feature automatically records interview content and enables summaries and transcripts to be generated.
The new feature is offered as a paid option for Wantedly Hire and records online interviews conducted via Meet and other services. Interview summaries and transcripts are generated automatically, reducing the time recruiters spend on record-keeping.
The feature is intended to meet demand from large companies and also includes enhanced permissions and security functions, such as obtaining consent for recording, setting viewing scopes and managing retention periods.
CEO Naka Akiko (仲 暁子) noted the stringent compliance requirements at large companies and said that permissions and security functions would be important. Wantedly is also considering expanding functions that support the evaluation process based on interview content.
