HENNGE established HENNGE AI, a new company responsible for AI governance and cost management, with AI agents handling operations in an employee-free structure. The company plans to launch its services by September 2027.
HENNGE announced that it had established HENNGE AI, a new company supporting AI governance and cost management. It is HENNGE's first domestic subsidiary, with AI agents handling development, support, marketing and other operations, while only sales and some back-office functions are outsourced to the head office.
Imaizumi Ken (今泉 健) was appointed Representative Director, and Nagatome Yoshimi (永留 義己) was appointed Director of the new entity. The aim is to test a structure in which an organization is built from scratch using AI agents. The background includes challenges related to governance and security for LLMs and other technologies, as well as operating costs.
The new company is developing services for safely operating AI agents based on the AI Gateway system. Planned functions include switching between multiple models, visualizing usage, visualizing model-specific costs and setting budget limits, and SSO integration with an IdP. Future plans also include expanding the management platform for non-human identities. Launch is scheduled for September 2027.
