HENNGE establishes a subsidiary to support AI adoption, with 2 human officers, a representative and a director, while AI agents autonomously handle practical work.
Cloud security company HENNGE established HENNGE AI as a subsidiary. Based in Shibuya, Tokyo, it is wholly owned by HENNGE. Executive Officer Imaizumi Ken (今泉健) will serve as its representative, while Executive Vice President Nagatome Yoshimi (永留義己) will serve as a director. AI agents are expected to handle operations through a system that enables them to advance work autonomously.
For operations such as development and customer support, AI agents will each take on specialized roles and work will proceed as the AI agents discuss matters among themselves. The aim is to accelerate decision-making by using the latest AI.
By September 2027, the company plans to develop a service called AI Gateway to support companies’ use of AI. The service will be equipped with functions to switch appropriately among types of generative AI for each task and manage AI usage and governance.
