HENNGE established a new company focused on supporting governance and cost management for AI utilization. It will demonstrate an operating model using AI agents and aims to launch an operations management service using AI Gateway during fiscal 2027.
HENNGE announced on 1 October that it had established HENNGE AI as a new company to support governance and cost management for AI utilization. Building on its expertise in cloud security and identity management, the company will establish a framework to support the secure development and operation of AI agents within enterprises.
The new company will review its traditional staffing structure, have no employees other than its directors, and adopt a decision-making structure centered on AI agents. It will also conduct a demonstration project for a next-generation organizational model using AI agents.
Based on AI Gateway, the company plans to provide user-specific management of generative AI models, visibility into and control of usage costs, flexible security settings, and SSO through identity integration. It also envisages eventually expanding into an integrated authentication platform for non-human identities.
The AI Gateway service is scheduled to launch during fiscal 2027 (by September 2027). Representative Director Imaizumi Ken (今泉 健) commented that the company would return the knowledge gained from its own demonstration to customers.
