As a new addition to the 久世福商店-supervised series, Sapporo Ichiban will launch Sendai-style spicy miso ramen made with “Everyday Dashi” on 13 October 2026. The noodles are medium-thin and contain whole-wheat flour, while the toppings are minced chicken, green onions and flower-shaped kamaboko.
A collaboration between Sapporo Ichiban and 久世福商店 will be released as a new item in the 久世福商店-supervised series. The product, “Sapporo Ichiban 久世福商店-supervised Sendai-style Spicy Miso Ramen made with ‘Everyday Dashi,’” is scheduled to launch on 13 October 2026.
The noodles have a firm, smooth surface and a clean bite. Whole-wheat flour is kneaded into the noodles, giving them a distinctive flavor and appearance. The soup is a spicy miso ramen soup made with “Everyday Dashi” powder, which brings out the umami of 久世福商店’s ingredients, enhanced with the umami of Sendai miso and the flavors of gochujang and doubanjiang.
The toppings include minced chicken, green onions and flower-shaped kamaboko.
