On 9 October 2026, Fukuoka Financial Group (FG) held the new business co-creation event “FFG Mirai Conference” in Fukuoka City. The event included pitches promoting business matching between startups and established companies. Attendance reached 1,650 based on advance registrations.

The Mirai Conference was launched in fiscal 2025, making this the second event. The group rented an entire conference floor and held about 20 events based on five themes, including regional revitalization and co-creation, startups, and research and development and global business.
In his address, President Goto Hisashi (五島 久) said he hoped collaboration between the participating companies’ technologies and business concepts would lead to the creation of new businesses and solutions to regional issues.
Financial institutions under Fukuoka FG participated in the startup support presentation event for regional banks nationwide. A presentation event showcasing startup support initiatives by 21 regional banks and financial institutions nationwide was also held.
