geechs inc. will hold a free seminar for business leaders and engineering organization managers on 12 November, titled "DeNA's Approach to Developing AI-Native Talent: 3x the Growth Rate for People with No Prior Experience through Systematization and Redefining Work." A DeNA representative will speak about talent development in the AI-native era and the structure of sustainable engineering organizations.
The seminar will share specific practical examples and insights into organizational design, including an initiative that shortened the development period for junior employees from the usual 3 years to 6 months, as well as management methods incorporating a specification-driven approach to prevent the increased review burden resulting from the use of AI.
Following opening remarks and an introduction of the speakers, the day's session will cover ideals and realities, a checkpoint-based talent development approach, measures to prevent review breakdowns through documenting specifications, and systems for maximizing AI performance. A question-and-answer session will also be held.
