GEEKS will hold the free seminar “DeNA-Style ‘AI-Native’ Talent Development: 3x Faster Growth for Inexperienced Hires Through ‘Systemization’ and ‘Redefining Work’” for business unit heads and managers of development organizations from 19:00 to 21:00 on Thursday, 12 November 2026. The event will be held in a hybrid format at the 45th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square, inside WeWork, with online streaming also available. Participation is free, and the seminar is aimed at business unit heads, engineering managers and others.
The speakers will be 佐々木 Ryo (佐々木亮), DeNA AI Link / AI Promotion Lead, and 浜岡 Ryosei (浜岡凌誠) of DeNA's Solutions Headquarters. They will present practical examples, including an initiative that shortened the time required to develop junior employees from the usual 3 years to 6 months, as well as a specification-driven approach to preventing a sharp increase in review workloads when using AI.
The seminar aims to explain how to address the shortage of AI talent through training rather than relying on recruitment, and the importance of redefining talent development processes at the organizational level. Introductions of the speakers, details of the program and a question-and-answer session are scheduled, and both in-person and online participation options will be provided.
