バイク王&カンパニー began airing the second installment of its new commercial featuring the popular motorcycle manga “Bari Bari Densetsu” nationwide. The commercial will air from Friday, 11 September 2026, across a range of media, including television and the web.
The new commercial centers on the concept of “love of motorcycles,” blending the world of the manga with live-action footage to appeal not only to fans of the original work but also to a broad range of riders. Dynamic original-art scenes are combined with live-action footage to convey the power and appeal of motorcycles.
One highlight of the commercial is the filming technique used for the original-art scenes, in which printed illustrations are wrapped around a drum-like structure and rotated. Tsukuba Circuit was selected as the live-action filming location, with tire marks, the pit area and starting signals used to evoke the atmosphere of racing. The exhaust sounds were recreated with the cooperation of actual riders, reproducing the sounds of the CB750F and RG500 Gamma.
A creative collective and motorcycle enthusiasts who ride in real life participated in the production, incorporating riders’ perspectives into the visual presentation. In conjunction with the new commercial, outdoor advertising will also be rolled out at major stations in Tokyo and Osaka to raise awareness on the streets.
