Bike O & Company will begin airing the second installment of its new commercial featuring the popular manga ‘Bari Bari Densetsu’ nationwide from 11 September 2026. A campaign offering original-design QUO Cards will also begin on the same day.
The second installment of the new TV commercial has begun airing nationwide, combining original manga artwork with live-action footage. Filming took place at Tsukuba Circuit, and scenes featuring the original artwork use a technique in which printed material is wrapped around a drum-shaped form to create a sense of motion.
The commercial was produced with the cooperation of former road racer Kagayama Yukio (加賀山就臣), including the recording of exhaust sounds tailored to the manga. In addition to the CB750F featured in the original work, the sound of the RG500 Gamma was also recreated.
A campaign titled “Get a ¥1,000 ‘Bari Bari Densetsu’ collaboration QUO Card just for having your bike appraised! Second installment” will run from 11 September to 18 October, alongside the start of the commercial’s broadcast. The campaign is open to people who have applied for an on-site purchase of a vehicle with an engine displacement of 51cc or more, and 1 of 6 card designs will be given away.
In addition, 50 winners selected by lottery will receive a six-card set featuring all designs when they share a card on social media. Conditions including the registered owner’s presence apply, and details will be provided on the dedicated website. ADS are also scheduled to be displayed at major stations in Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro and Osaka.
