株式会社Lister has begun offering a database tracking demand spillovers originating from Kioxia and SanDisk's total investment of approximately ¥5 trillion. The database organizes companies related to areas affected by major capital investment in semiconductor plants across 6 functions and 35 areas.
The database was launched to systematically track the spillover of demand related to semiconductor manufacturing, starting with investment plans totaling approximately ¥5 trillion announced in Japan. 株式会社Lister has made available an information platform that broadly tracks demand generated by capital investment in semiconductor plants, from plant construction through materials, maintenance and logistics.
The database organizes demand across 6 functions and 35 areas, and includes the names and locations of companies related to each area, their relevant products and services, links to the semiconductor sector, and their positions in the supply chain. It is intended to help users identify business opportunities and transaction routes arising from the investment spillover.
On 27 August 2026, Kioxia and SanDisk announced a plan to invest a total of ¥5 trillion by 2032 to strengthen production facilities and related infrastructure at their Yokkaichi and Kitakami plants in Japan. The plan includes developing the K3 building, the third production building at the Kitakami plant, and increasing BiCS FLASH production capacity.
The database is organized under 6 functions, including site preparation, design, construction management, manufacturing-building construction, cleanroom facilities, manufacturing equipment, materials supply, transportation and maintenance services. It is designed to track demand arising even before equipment is installed. The database covers company names, locations, and product and service summaries to support the identification of related companies.
