Macnica Holdings, a semiconductor distributor, has announced plans to make UAE-based CyberSec IT Consulting a subsidiary as part of its expansion in the cybersecurity sector.
CyberSec IT Consulting provides managed services, consulting, technical training, and implementation and technical support, and has an established business relationship with the Macnica Group.
The acquisition price is undisclosed, and the acquisition is scheduled for late November 2026. Macnica Holdings plans to acquire a 50.1% stake in CyberSec through its subsidiary Macnica.
