インソース has lowered its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the current fiscal year from the previous forecast of ¥6.43 billion to ¥6.2 billion. Second-half ordinary profit is also expected to be reduced from ¥3.45 billion to ¥3.22 billion.
インソース announced an earnings revision after market close on 24 September 2026, lowering its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the current fiscal year from the previous forecast of ¥6.43 billion to ¥6.2 billion. Compared with the prior-year result of ¥5.99 billion, ordinary profit growth is now expected to narrow from 7.2% to 3.4%.
Consolidated ordinary profit for the revised second half (April-September) is expected to be reduced from the previous forecast of ¥3.45 billion to ¥3.22 billion, representing 6.2% growth from ¥3.04 billion in the same period of the previous year. The downward revision was attributed mainly to sluggish acquisition of large-company projects in the instructor-dispatch training business, limited growth in DX services and tier-based training, and slower acquisition and use of Smart Pack points in the open-enrollment seminar business.
The company stated that there is no change to its dividend forecast. The revision to the full-year earnings forecast for the current fiscal year is as described above.
