バーチャレクス・ホールディングス raised its first-half ordinary profit forecast for the current fiscal year from the previous ¥95 million to ¥175 million on 6 October. It maintained its full-year forecast at the previous ¥400 million.
バーチャレクス・ホールディングス announced a first-half earnings forecast revision after the close on 6 October. The period covered is the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2026, from April to September, and ordinary profit was newly forecast at ¥175 million.
The revised forecast was substantially above the previous ¥95 million forecast, representing an 84.2% upward revision to first-half ordinary profit and an expected increase from the ¥132 million recorded in the same period of the previous year.
The company cited a solid utilisation rate in its IT and consulting business, the expansion of service offerings centred on AI, and improved margins resulting from greater efficiency in its outsourcing business. It also appears to have continued controlling selling expenses and personnel costs.
The full-year ordinary profit forecast was maintained at the previous ¥400 million. There was no change to the overall consolidated earnings forecast for the four periods, and further revisions may be made depending on future developments.
