The new commercial building “Phil Park Ichikawa,” 4 minutes from Ichikawa Station, has been completed. tricot will relocate and open on the 1st and 2nd floors on 1 October, while COCOLANCE will open on the 3rd floor on 18 October. The property is located in a residential area beyond the shopping street north of Ichikawa Station.
“Phil Park Ichikawa” in Nitta 5-chome, Ichikawa, has reached completion as a 3-story steel-frame building above ground. Its address is 5-18-15 Nitta, Ichikawa-shi, Chiba, and it is a 4-minute walk from Ichikawa Station on the JR Sobu Line. The building features a full-glass facade, and Phil Company,Inc. is responsible for its operation and planning as a commercial tenant building.
The hair salon “tricot shop & hair salon Ichikawa” has relocated to the 1st and 2nd floors. The expanded premises are a 1-minute walk from the former location. The salon was announced as NEW OPEN on 1 October, with opening hours of 10:00–21:00 on weekdays and 9:00–20:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Haircuts are priced from ¥5,500, and there is no parking. Opening promotion coupons were also announced.
The women-only one-on-one machine Pilates studio “COCOLANCE Ichikawa” is scheduled to open on the 3rd floor on 18 October 2026. Female instructors will provide guidance in fully private rooms. Fees start at ¥32,000 for 4 sessions per month, ¥62,400 for 8 sessions and ¥91,200 for 12 sessions. A free campaign for the first 20 customers was also announced.
COCOLANCE Motoyawata is already open in Ichikawa, making this the planned second location in the city. The walking route to the property is approximately 270 m, or 4 minutes. Before its relocation, tricot Ichikawa was located in a mixed-use building immediately north of Ichikawa Station.
