Phil Park Warabi Station Front, a commercial space making use of the upper floors above ground level, has been completed 3 minutes on foot from the east exit of Warabi Station. This project reports the completion of Phil Park Warabi Station Front, an above-ground commercial facility in Warabi, Saitama Prefecture. The building is a 3-story steel-frame structure, with a completion date of 31 July 2026. It is located at 2-1-15 Tsukagoshi, Warabi, with Warabi Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line as the nearest station. A coin-operated car park is attached to the first floor, accommodating customers arriving by car.
The building's features include an elevator providing access to the upper floors. The interior is designed as a column-free space, with the second floor planned for dining and retail/classroom use, and the third floor for a clinic. The exterior is predominantly black, while the double-sided glass facade brings in sunlight and creates a lively atmosphere in the surrounding area.
The planned tenant categories are dining on the first floor, dining on the second-floor A unit, retail and classroom use on the second-floor B unit, and a clinic on the third floor, although these may change in the future. The building is located in an area expected to benefit from convenient access to the east exit of Warabi Station and population growth driven by surrounding development, and is positioned as part of a PARK-type project aimed at revitalising the local area.
