Fukuoka FG entered into a partnership agreement with IBM Japan to accelerate the use of AI, aiming to improve productivity by enhancing agent functions for internal and external users.
On the 21st, Fukuoka Financial Group entered into a partnership agreement with IBM Japan covering the use of AI. The agreement aims to enhance functions such as handling customer inquiries and supporting employees’ work, thereby improving operational productivity.
At present, employees are reportedly using AI for tasks such as transcription and customer information analysis. Within several years, the group envisions a stage in which AI thinks autonomously and makes and carries out proposals.
Based on this vision of the future, the group is looking to expand the use of AI across its operations, including corporate and retail sales and back-office functions.
