It will also run a campaign offering approximately 90 types of sushi, side dishes and desserts for 70 minutes.
From 22 October to 11 November, Kappa Sushi will offer the “Kappa ‘Edomae’ Sushi 5-Piece Plate” as part of its all-you-can-eat menu. The set includes 5 pieces: marinated premium lean meat from southern bluefin tuna, live-prepared red sea bream, simmered clam, cured konosirus punctatus and premium simmered conger eel, together with chawanmushi. The toppings are described as featuring flavors such as yuzu and kombu, the flavor of dashi soy sauce and the sweetness of simmering.
During the campaign, Kappa Sushi’s all-you-can-eat offering will include approximately 90 types of sushi, side dishes and desserts, available for 70 minutes. It will be offered at all locations except stores undergoing renovation or temporarily closed. The special version will be served with chawanmushi.
Weekday discount information will also be provided. Weekday discounts are available with coupons for app members, depending on the time of day, and a weekday student discount for junior high school students and older can also be used. Reservations can be made through the official website or app, while same-day reservations may require contacting the store.
