Kappa Sushi will hold its Premium Uni Festival for a limited time from 1 October to 21 October. The lineup includes uni-focused gunkan sushi from ¥190, Gochisō Double-Serving Uni Gunkan Sushi, and side dishes such as chawanmushi and croquettes.
Kappa Create will launch the limited-time “Premium Uni Festival” at its Kappa Sushi chain. Featuring uni with a melt-in-the-mouth texture, the event will offer a range of new uni-based dishes.
The lineup includes “Uni Gunkan Sushi (one piece)” from ¥190, “Gochisō Double-Serving Uni Gunkan Sushi (one piece)” from ¥340, and “Gochisō Uni Chutoro” from ¥390. Side dishes will include “Premium Uni Chawanmushi” from ¥390 and “Creamy Uni Croquettes” from ¥290.
Prices may vary by location, and the campaign is scheduled to run through 21 October.
