The share transfer is scheduled to be executed on 22 October, and the company said it aims to contribute to local healthcare by bringing the two companies into the group.
メディカンテ operates 15 locations mainly in Miyagi Prefecture, while MY operates 2 locations in Yamagata Prefecture. Both companies are actively engaged in initiatives as community-based primary-care pharmacies and in maintaining and supporting local healthcare.
Qol Holdings operates approximately 950 pharmacies nationwide and said it intends to further contribute to local and home healthcare by bringing the two companies into the group.
