House Foods Group Inc. and FC Osaka announced that they will undertake initiatives to support children’s safe journeys home and family mealtimes through their community partnership. The project is called “The Way Home to the Family Table Project” and is scheduled to begin in October 2026.
In the project’s first year, original traffic-safety drawstring backpacks will be distributed to approximately 500 children, primarily first-grade elementary school students in Higashi-Osaka City. FC Osaka will provide design support for the backpacks, conduct awareness-raising activities at home games, and share information with the local community.
The initiative places emphasis on “returning home safely and gathering around the table with family.” House Foods Group Inc. and FC Osaka will continue working with members of the local community to support children’s safety and healthy development. Further details will be available in House Foods Group Inc.’s news release.
FC Osaka plans to continue contributing to the community through sport and working with people in Higashi-Osaka City and surrounding areas to help create a community filled with children’s smiles.
