COMTURE CORPORATION and Krugle Co., Ltd. have entered into a business partnership agreement to support the use of AI with companies’ software and knowledge assets. Under the agreement, COMTURE CORPORATION plans to launch a new hands-on support service using Krugle’s AI platform, Krugle, starting with the development and maintenance of legacy systems. The companies are also expected to pursue joint development to codify implicit knowledge and educational content in the manufacturing industry.
Corporate use of AI is currently moving beyond the proof-of-concept stage into practical applications, but challenges remain, including the failure of data and existing systems to keep pace. Legacy systems have become black boxes after years of modifications, while design expertise and on-site decision-making criteria are dispersed as unstructured data in Excel files, design documents and other materials. Systems integrators are expected to help put business processes and data into a state suitable for AI adoption.
Krugle is positioned as an AI platform that supports the organization and use of software and knowledge assets. Going forward, COMTURE CORPORATION and Krugle intend to expand the scope of new services using the platform and support business transformation through the promotion of data and AI adoption.
COMTURE CORPORATION identified Data & AI FIRST and customer success as key themes in its 2026 medium-term management plan, and this partnership is positioned as part of the plan’s implementation. Going forward, the company plans to respond to changes in the business environment in the AI era and expand its data and AI-related talent, services and customer base through partnerships and M&A, in addition to organic growth.
