クリューグル and コムチュア have entered into a business partnership agreement. The companies will launch hands-on support services using Krugle to promote the visualization of legacy systems and the use of AI, while also pursuing the joint development of business- and industry-specific assets.
The two companies have entered into a business partnership agreement to create hands-on support services that enhance the analysis, maintenance and operation of legacy systems. Using Krugle as the core platform, they aim to build an ongoing support structure centered on data preparation and AI utilization, while also jointly developing industry-specific service assets, including the conversion of tacit knowledge in the manufacturing industry and educational content into usable knowledge.
Krugle is an AI platform jointly developed by クリューグル and U.S.-based Archaea AI, Inc. Its features include cross-platform semantic search using existing assets as they are, conversion of unstructured data into usable knowledge, task execution by AI agents, and use in private environments.
The partnership will cover the joint rollout of development, maintenance and operation services for legacy systems, ongoing support for AI utilization centered on the development of data infrastructure, and the joint development of business- and industry-specific assets. In line with the “Data & AI FIRST” policy of the companies’ medium-term management plan, they aim to strengthen their hands-on support structure through operations, maintenance and data utilization.
The companies will also consider strengthening their relationship, including through a capital alliance. The impact on consolidated results for the current fiscal year is expected to be minor. They plan to expand their collaboration around data utilization and hands-on support in the AI era.
