FRS, part of the Forval Group, and QubeBase, which specialises in AI adoption, will begin a business partnership on 1 November 2026. They will first promote AI adoption in the sales division, with the aim of enhancing customer value and making work smarter.
The partnership aims to improve service quality through the use of AI and make it easier for employees to work by combining FRS's expertise in the real estate sector with QubeBase's AI technology.
As the background to the partnership, FRS operates an integrated business supporting clients from office relocation through interior design and ICT infrastructure development, and has indicated a policy of promoting collaborative research and development using AI. QubeBase is an AI consulting firm that provides companies with support for using generative AI and helps resolve issues faced at operational sites.
Going forward, the companies plan to promote AI adoption starting with the sales division, using AI to support the organisation and review of information in proposals for office relocation and construction, thereby reducing administrative workloads and improving proposal quality. They are also considering the phased expansion of these efforts company-wide and the use of data integration.
