Graphite D revised its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027, raising its operating profit forecast from the previous ¥307 million to ¥525 million. Sales of golf equipment in Japan are generally considered to have been flat, but orders at the company have remained firm, driven by the popularity of a key model in the U.S. market.
The company's flagship TOUR AD 2026 model FI has been well received in the U.S. market, which is cited as a factor behind the upward earnings revision. Orders from foreign-affiliated club manufacturers are also believed to have increased as a result.
SWCC has remained in a correction phase since peaking at ¥3,052 on 18 August, but recently rebounded with support from its 75-day moving average, broke above its 200-day moving average and moved to test its 25-day moving average.
