NTT Security HD, ServiceNow Japan and CP-SOL have begun collaborating in integrated IT/OT/IoT security. As their first offering, the three companies will jointly provide vulnerability management covering all devices and will gradually roll out a total managed service, including SOC operations, toward fiscal 2027.
NTT Security Holdings, ServiceNow Japan and Crosspoint Solutions (CP-SOL) announced on 26 October that they would begin collaborating in integrated security covering IT, OT and IoT. As a first step, the companies aim to jointly provide a vulnerability management service covering all devices, with the goal of delivering a total managed security service that includes SOC operations.
The initial vulnerability management service will use Armis to support risk prioritization and remediation based on asset criticality and business impact. It will cover not only IT assets, but also factory equipment, control systems and IoT devices. Planning for the service will begin in October 2026, with a phased launch scheduled toward fiscal 2027.
Under the division of responsibilities, ServiceNow Japan will support the process from detection through response and audit trail management by providing asset visibility, CMDB integration, AI-driven prioritization and digital workflows. NTT Security Holdings will handle advisory and implementation support, drawing on its expertise in OT security and considering the future provision of MDR services. CP-SOL will provide operational personnel, 24/7/365 monitoring and vulnerability response support.
Through this initiative, the three companies aim to address the expanding range of assets requiring protection, from IT assets to factory equipment, control systems and IoT devices, as well as increasingly sophisticated and faster-moving cyberattacks through the use of AI. The main target customers are expected to include manufacturers, financial institutions and critical infrastructure operators.
