Mazda's North American entity announced the 2027 CX-90. It added a two-row seating configuration, disclosed hardware improvements, and announced a wide range of grades and prices.
The 2027 CX-90 has been announced in North America, with a new two-row seating configuration that was previously offered as a separate model under the CX-70 name. This brings the CX-90 and CX-70 together into a single lineup, designed to make comparison and selection more intuitive.
On the hardware front, the rear-suspension bushings and crossmember have been redesigned, improving impact absorption over uneven road surfaces and ride comfort. Additional sound- and heat-insulating material has been added to PHEV models, reducing motor noise at low speeds and making the cabin quieter.
The body-color lineup has gained Navy Blue Mica, Aero Gray Metallic, Melting Copper Metallic, and Zircon Sand Metallic. Two of these colors are exclusive to the two-row seating configuration.
Multiple grades and prices are available, including the CX-90 3.3 Turbo Select at $39,700 and the higher-grade 3.3 Turbo S Premium Plus at $57,970, with specifications and pricing also set for grades such as the PHEV and Premium Sport. OTA updates, Alexa Built-In, and i-Activsense safety features will also be progressively made standard or added.
