Fuva Brain Limited will launch Work Smart AX, a new service jointly developed with ProofX that combines AI analysis of PC activity logs with specialist business process transformation consulting, on 2 November 2026. By combining on-site interviews with recommendations from specialists, the service aims to improve the feasibility of business process improvements based on objective data.
Fuva Brain Limited, in cooperation with its subsidiary ProofX, will launch Work Smart AX, a new business process transformation support service that uses AI to analyse PC activity logs. The service is intended to collect objective data and present highly effective improvement measures based on on-site interviews.
One feature of Work Smart AX is its ability to use Eye“247” Work Smart Cloud to collect business-related logs, including application usage, web access, file operations and PC operating hours, enabling companies to identify business issues objectively. Analysis by dedicated AI extracts routine tasks and imbalances in workloads, helping to streamline business process transformation consulting. Business process transformation consultants then validate the AI analysis results on site and provide highly feasible improvement recommendations.
The service proposes a range of improvement measures, including generative AI, RPA, automation, and business process standardisation and integration, with the aim of achieving optimal business process transformation according to each client company's circumstances. The initial service is a business process transformation assessment, delivered as an integrated process covering the collection and AI analysis of PC activity logs, specialist diagnosis and improvement recommendations.
