フーバーブレイン will launch Work Smart AX, a business transformation support service combining AI analysis of PC activity logs with on-site validation by specialists. Developed in collaboration with its subsidiary ProofX, the service combines data with specialist expertise to pursue highly effective improvements. The service will launch on 2 November 2026.
Difficulties in determining which operations are suitable for AI and assessing the return on investment have been identified as barriers to AI adoption. As demand for process mining grows, フーバーブレイン has used ProofX to accelerate its AI strategy in line with its medium-term plan.
The new service is based on log data from Eye“247” Work Smart Cloud, which is analyzed by ProofX’s dedicated AI. The results are validated through interviews with personnel at the relevant sites to identify the potential for automating routine tasks and the causes of workload concentration. An improvement plan and ROI estimate are provided through a five-step business transformation assessment.
The service is positioned as an important step toward realizing a Japan-originated AI Guardian concept. Through a combination of PC activity log management technology, AI technology and specialist personnel, the company intends to pursue greater added value in its existing businesses and new revenue opportunities. It will propose a range of approaches, including the introduction of RPA and SaaS and the standardization of business processes.
