Fuva Brain Limited announced that it will launch Work Smart AX (ワークスマートAX) jointly with its subsidiary ProofX on 2 November 2026. The service combines AI analysis of PC activity logs with diagnosis by business process transformation consultants and proposes improvements suited to actual on-site conditions. Compared with investigations centred on conventional interviews, it aims to identify issues while reducing the time and cost burden.
Against a backdrop of growing expectations for business process transformation amid technological innovation, including generative AI, concerns have been raised over the difficulty of determining which operations should use AI and of identifying underlying issues. The service extracts routine tasks and workload imbalances using PC activity logs and AI analysis, while seeking to combine data with on-site expertise because such analysis alone may not fully capture factors such as background and objectives.
Work Smart AX retrieves logs from Eye“247” Work Smart Cloud and uses AI analysis to identify the repetitive nature of tasks and their potential for automation. Consultants validate the analysis results through on-site interviews and work with external partners to make recommendations suited to actual on-site conditions. Improvement methods considered include not only AI adoption but also RPA, standardisation, SaaS implementation and process reviews.
As a related development, Fuva Brain Limited previously announced that it made ProofX a subsidiary in March 2026 and that Ryota Natsume (夏目 亮太), Representative Director and CEO, became CAIO. The company said it plans to expand opportunities for AI-based solutions by developing services that leverage its existing customer base and strengthening collaboration with external partners.
