An awards ceremony was held for a recipe contest organized by Nippon Nutrition University, Belc and Fujicco using Fujicco's steamed beans, and 29 entries were submitted. The top 3 recipes will be promoted through flyers displayed in Belc stores.
Nippon Nutrition University (Sakado, Saitama Prefecture), Belc and Fujicco held an awards ceremony for a recipe contest using Fujicco's steamed beans. A total of 29 recipes were submitted by university students, and the top 3 entries were selected.
The award-winning recipes were Steamed Soybean Bibimbap in 1st place, Steamed Soybean Potato Salad in 2nd place and Mapo Black Beans in 3rd place. Flyers featuring the recipes will be displayed in Belc stores to support sales promotion.
The participating students said they took on the challenge to develop their interest in product development and raise awareness of Fujicco products. Future recipe development and sales promotion activities through collaboration between companies and universities were also introduced.
