FIXER Inc. has installed the redaction application jointly developed with Iga City as a standard feature of Sovereign GaiXer and begun full-scale provision. It became available on 25 September 2026, including in free trial environments.
The application reads administrative documents and lists potential redactions of personal information, such as names and addresses, together with their categories and grounds. It uses a human-in-the-loop approach, with officials making the final determinations, to balance rigorous review with operational efficiency.
From a security perspective, it avoids the risk of restoration associated with conventional PDF editing. Data is processed inside equipment located within the organization and is not transmitted externally. FIXER Inc. is conducting implementation trials for local governments and aims to extend adoption to other municipalities.
Going forward, the company plans to continue validation through free trials that allow local governments nationwide to apply the system to their own operations, while expanding its standard functionality.
