TORRAS held a business strategy presentation to mark its 10th anniversary in the Japanese market. It announced plans to display new products, strengthen its operations and base its Japanese entity in Tsukiji.
The TORRAS brand, operated by 楽創未来株式会社, held the “TORRAS New Product Experience and Business Strategy Presentation” on 29 September 2026. Approximately 40 people attended the event, where new products were displayed and made available for hands-on testing, and the brand's 10-year history in the Japanese market and future strategy were presented.
The company said that, since entering the Japanese market through Amazon in 2016, it had established a Japanese entity and expanded retail sales, and that the number of retail outlets carrying its products nationwide had now exceeded 4,000. It also reported that its share of Amazon Japan's smartphone case market ranked among the top 3, that its global sales volume for stand cases was No. 1, and that cumulative sales had exceeded 20 million units.
It outlined plans to base its operations in Tsukiji, Tokyo, and strengthen the sales, retail, marketing and service functions of its Japanese entity. In practical terms, it said it aimed to develop its organisation around a stronger local base and expand customer touchpoints.
The product development team described smartphone cases as “performance gear” and explained the design technologies behind O-shaped stand cases with magnets, three-layer coatings and precision hinges. New products displayed and made available for hands-on testing at the event included stand cases compatible with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo, as well as mobile batteries.
