TORRAS marked the 10th anniversary of its entry into the Japanese market and announced the new PackGo Cube and Ostand Q3 Natural Series. It also outlined plans to strengthen its Japanese operations and eventually develop products originating in Japan.
Smartphone accessories brand TORRAS announced that it has reached the 10th anniversary of its entry into the Japanese market. Through the establishment of a Japanese subsidiary and expansion of its retail partners, the company said it will continue to pursue an active expansion strategy.
The newly announced products include the PackGo Cube, a mobile battery featuring a semi-solid-state battery, and the Ostand Q3 Leather Tone Natural Series, a smartphone case made from organic silicone. The PackGo Cube is scheduled to go on sale sequentially from October.
The PackGo Cube weighs approximately 249g and has a capacity of 10,000mAh. It features a built-in, automatically retractable USB-C cable with an output of up to 45W. The built-in cable and USB-C port can be used to charge 2 devices simultaneously, and a Lightning-compatible adapter is included. Its design to reduce heat generation is also cited as a feature.
The Ostand Q3 Leather Tone Natural Series uses organic silicone and has a 360-degree rotating spring-loaded stand on the back. It can be secured in either portrait or landscape orientation. The company also aims to establish from Japan a product development structure for products targeting the Japanese market in the future.
