エスユーエス is significantly strengthening its delivery framework for its AI-driven organizational transformation support service, jointly establishing “expert teams that work alongside customers on site” within customer organizations to integrate the organization with AI implementation.
エスユーエス has strengthened its delivery framework for its “AI-driven organizational transformation support service,” which aims to ensure that customers’ use of AI goes beyond improving operational efficiency to achieve continuous operational improvement and deliver business results. Centered on frontline understanding, problem definition and AI-driven development, it jointly establishes expert teams that work alongside customers on site within customer organizations, supporting the redesign of AI-enabled business processes and their autonomous in-house development through the resolution of frontline challenges.
As its underlying approach, the company has set out to achieve business results and self-sustaining operations beyond the introduction of AI tools by eliminating “five disconnects.” It has also outlined a policy of developing personnel who can integrate frontline expertise with AI knowledge and correcting the formalization of DX and AI initiatives.
The service comprises 4 core solutions: an on-site expert team closely embedded in frontline operations; the simultaneous advancement of organizational support and AI system implementation as its two pillars; a knowledge platform (CONTEXT) for accumulating tacit knowledge from frontline operations; and a framework for advancing results in stages through a 4-step roadmap.
Looking ahead, the company plans to ramp up the training and development of 300 FDEs, with the goal of becoming an AI partner that works alongside customers. Through long-term operations and maintenance and rollout across other areas, エスユーエス will strengthen its role as a partner supporting AI-enabled management grounded in frontline operations.
