ABeam Consulting Co., Ltd. and Notion Labs Japan LLC have entered into a strategic partnership and will begin offering the Knowledge-Led AI Organizational Transformation Support Service in October 2026. The service will support continuous transformation by organizing knowledge dispersed across companies into a form that AI agents can use and redesigning business processes and organizational management based on collaboration between people and AI.
The service will provide end-to-end support from transformation planning through implementation and adoption, integrating AI agent implementation with the development of a knowledge foundation. Combining ABeam Consulting’s transformation expertise with Notion’s integrated platform, the companies will provide support for building an Agent OS framework, implementing and embedding Notion’s standard features, integrating business systems and developing custom agents.
Under the partnership, ABeam Consulting will handle the process from transformation planning through implementation and adoption, while Notion will be responsible for building the Agent OS framework and providing technical support. As a platform integrating documents, knowledge, projects and AI agents, Notion provides an environment in which companies can use their internal knowledge across organizational boundaries.
Going forward, the companies plan to roll out the service primarily among major Japanese companies, package it as industry-specific reference architectures and best practices, and expand it broadly across the Japanese market. From the next fiscal year onward, they will continue working together to help Japanese companies build competitive advantages in the age of AI.
