GROWTH VERSE announced that it had used AI to streamline the contract operations of BuySell Technologies in its secondhand purchasing business, automating telephone support and document checks. Labor costs are expected to decrease by approximately ¥300 million next fiscal year, while the need to add approximately 50 employees is expected to be avoided.
GROWTH VERSE announced that, in cooperation with BuySell Technologies, which operates the reuse service “BuySell,” it had used AI for telephone and document-checking operations related to contracts. As a result, labor costs are expected to decrease by approximately ¥300 million next fiscal year, while the need to add approximately 50 employees is expected to be avoided.
The operations covered by the AI implementation are telephone support and the checking of contract-related documents. DHK CANVAS, provided by the telephone broadcasting station, was used to implement AI in telephone operations, while the contract-deficiency checking process was jointly developed with BuySell Technologies using GROWTH VERSE’s AI Agent.
The company’s mission is “BUILDING AI to maximize Business Growth,” and it intends to continue developing services that use data and AI to maximize companies’ growth potential. This initiative could become a new model for improving operating efficiency in the reuse industry.
The AI implementation is expected to improve the efficiency of labor-cost assessment on the scale of ¥300 million next fiscal year, as well as to avoid the need to add 50 employees.
