Business overview

The SCREEN Holdings Group is overseen by its holding company. Through its 4 core segments—SPE, GA, FT and PE—it manufactures and sells semiconductor production equipment, printing-related equipment, display production and film-deposition equipment, and printed circuit board-related equipment, along with related research and development and maintenance services. Under its medium-term management plan, Value Up Further 2026, the Group established ATCA, a research and development entity, in New York State, strengthening collaboration among its R&D functions. In September 2025, it acquired an R&D business focused on wafer-bonding technology, and in April 2026, the functions of the Advanced Packaging Business Office will change from that office to FT. The Group is promoting the maintenance and strengthening of its intellectual property and intangible assets through the establishment of an Intellectual Property Strategy Committee.
