「The company split took effect on 1 October 2025. Its principal terms are as follows. (1) On the effective date of the absorption-type company split, the Company transferred to 株式会社箱根ガラスの森リゾート the assets, liabilities, contractual positions, and other rights and obligations relating to the business subject to the transaction, as specified in the absorption-type company split agreement.
