Based on a resolution of the Board of Directors dated 25 September 2024 and a construction contract dated 30 September, the Company disclosed for the first time its plan to construct a two-story, above-ground steel-frame data center in Kitami, Hokkaido. The site area is 9,847.17㎡, the total floor area is 2,841.43㎡, and the investment amount is approximately ¥4,100 million.
