「In October 2021, the PPIH Group opened its first conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, 鮮選寿司 OP Mall, inside the flagship DON DON DONKI OP Mall store in Hong Kong. The restaurant offers sushi ingredients suited to the season and uses carefully selected rice and specially blended sushi vinegar to bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. It also holds daily events, including fish-filleting and seared-fish demonstrations, creating an enjoyable, comfortable space filled with entertainment and distinctly Japanese elements.」
