These segments provide product development, manufacturing, procurement and sales, and construction services in Japan and overseas. The principal companies correspond to these business categories, and the businesses of the Company and its affiliated companies are as follows. The Industrial Materials segment manufactures, procures and sells civil engineering and construction materials, machinery and equipment, mainly through hardware retailing. The Steel Structure Materials segment manufactures, procures and sells materials for steel-frame fabricators nationwide. The Electrical Installation Materials segment procures and sells electrical installation materials for the construction industry. The Group is pursuing M&A to accelerate growth, including making 鈴東株式会社 a subsidiary in November 2025 and 琉球ブリッジ株式会社 a subsidiary in December 2025.
