「At Tokyo Pride 2026, one of Asia's largest LGBTQ+ events, approximately 2,000 people visited the T&G booth. In conjunction with the exhibition, we launched an LGBTQ+ wedding website, with “Every Love. Every Happiness.” as its key message. We appointed an inclusive wedding adviser and plan to provide wedding advice and venue support, beginning with the creation of internal training curricula and guidelines.」

Separately from the previous reasons given for appointing outside directors concerning diversity, the company has disclosed for the first time a series of initiatives comprising a customer-facing LGBTQ+ wedding website, event participation, internal training and venue support.
