「We will work to build a system under which, when a user submits an assistance request through Mirairo ID, the information is shared with the relevant railway operators through Hitachi’s Mobility Assistance Service for Persons with Mobility Limitations.」

The execution of a basic agreement with Hitachi first established a joint study to enable users to submit railway assistance requests through Mirairo ID and centrally share the information with multiple railway operators. The company also plans to verify effectiveness through a demonstration experiment and expand the service to railway operators and other transportation operators.
