The mortgage comparison and assessment service “Moge Check” has begun offering “Moge Check Pro,” a proposal tool for real estate companies, free of charge. The offering began on 29 October 2026, and its key feature is the ability to assess loan eligibility at more than 30 financial institutions on the spot.
MFS, which operates Moge Check, announced that it had developed “Moge Check Pro,” a mortgage proposal tool for sales representatives at real estate companies, and would begin offering it free of charge on 29 October 2026. By entering a prospective buyer’s annual income, age, years of employment and property details, users can instantly assess loan eligibility and terms against the lending criteria of more than 30 financial institutions.
Pro can automatically generate proposals based on the assessment results, taking into account not only interest rates but also the likelihood that the buyer can actually obtain the loan. Proposals can include interest rates, monthly repayment amounts and total repayment amounts reflecting the terms offered by each financial institution. It also enables comparisons and proposals under various conditions, including joint mortgages, combined household income and group credit life insurance options.
The offering is being launched against a backdrop of growing demand from individuals wishing to compare options themselves, while real estate companies continue to account for a significant share of the distribution channel. Moge Check Pro aims to strengthen coordination between real estate companies and financial institutions and facilitate comparisons during sales negotiations.
MFS plans to introduce the tool to 1,000 real estate companies in its first year, expanding to 10,000 adopting companies and 100 partner financial institutions in 3 years. The company says that using Moge Check and Pro together will streamline the mortgage process among prospective buyers, real estate companies and financial institutions.
