MFS has begun offering “Moge Check Pro,” a mortgage proposal tool for real estate sales representatives, free of charge. Its key feature is the ability to instantly assess the lending criteria of more than 30 financial institutions based on prospective buyers’ circumstances and automatically generate a proposal.
On 29 October 2025, MFS, which operates the mortgage comparison and assessment service “Moge Check,” began offering its new tool, “Moge Check Pro,” free of charge to sales representatives at real estate companies. The initial rollout targets real estate companies, enabling them to compare and propose multiple mortgage options during sales negotiations.
The tool uses a loan approval probability model developed from mortgage assessment data and displays a score indicating how readily each financial institution is likely to approve an application. Its stated feature is the ability to make proposals based not only on interest rates but also on the likelihood of securing the loan.
It also automatically generates proposals based on the assessment results, showing the interest rate, monthly repayment amount and total repayment amount. The tool supports comparisons of joint mortgages, combined household income and group credit life insurance, and MFS aims eventually to develop it into a platform that connects the process through to the loan application using data.
MFS aims to introduce the tool to 1,000 real estate companies in its first year, expanding to 10,000 companies and 100 partner financial institutions in 3 years. The initiative is positioned as an effort to broaden homebuyers’ options and improve sales efficiency.
