大木ヘルスケアホールディングス and Korea Ginseng Corporation (KGC) have signed a memorandum of understanding on a business partnership. The two companies will establish a strategic partnership targeting Japan's health and beauty market.
大木HD and KGC have signed a memorandum of understanding and expressed their intention to establish a strategic partnership in the domestic market.
The partnership will expand domestic distribution of KGC's existing products and jointly developed products, while advancing the joint planning and development of products for the femcare and inner beauty markets.
The companies will expand their areas of cooperation to include distribution, product development, materials research and OTC drugs, including joint research on naturally derived materials, consideration of a framework for domestic regulatory approval applications, and applications to OTC drugs.
