GMO GlobalSign Holdings has launched “AI Flow,” a new option integrating AI agents with its electronic contract service, “GMO Sign.” Through collaboration with GMO AI Connect, users can search contracts and send signature requests using generative AI.
GMO GlobalSign Holdings announced that it began offering “AI Flow,” a new option for its electronic contract service, “GMO Sign,” on the 21st. Through collaboration with its consolidated subsidiary GMO AI Connect, the option enables users to search and view stored contracts using generative AI and send signature requests.
The new option supports MCP, a common standard for connecting external services and AI, and is accessed through a cloud-based remote MCP server provided by GMO AI Connect. This enables users to deploy AI agents for contract operations without complex configuration or management of the environment, including searching and viewing contracts, preparing documents using historical contract information, and sending signature requests through conversations with AI.
The company intends to develop “GMO Sign” into an AI contract operations platform supporting the entire contract process, and is expected to expand the use of AI agents by leveraging its existing customer base. As of the end of June 2026, approximately 3,204 listed companies were using the service, a level expected to represent approximately 82% of listed companies.
